Terms and conditions 
If an item is damaged it is the clients responsibility to inform Oak + Me immediately and provide photos of damage. 
Oak + Me will determine if any charge will be made to the client for damages. 
Cost to client will depend on damage to the item at the time. 
This may be a percentage of the gown at the RRP. 
THIS ALSO INCLUDES NOT RETURNED ITEMS. 
if no payment is made to significant damage or not returned items. Oak + Me has the right to contact you, friends, family, work to try and make contact. If no resolution can be made, Oak + Me may make a police report to have authorities make contact with you regarding the item. No returned item can be declared stolen item.

Customer responsibility!
Please do not sit directly onto grass while in dress to avoid grass stains. 
Please do not have fresh fake tan or bronzer on when wearing the gowns.

If there is any damage to an item –
Rips, stains, holes or the item is lost please contact us immediately.
